This policy explains what information White Knight Pest Control ("White Knight," "we," "us") collects when you use this website, request a quote, chat with our assistant, or get calls and texts from us. It also explains how we use that information and the choices you have. If you have questions, call us at 844-512-7378.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote or a callback, we collect what you type into the form, such as:

• Your name, phone number, email address, street address and ZIP code
• The pests you are seeing and other details about the problem
• Your home type
• For commercial requests, business details such as the business name, property type and the person to contact

How you found us. We record the page you came from and campaign tags in the link you clicked, such as UTM parameters, the referring website and ad click IDs (for example, a Facebook click ID). This tells us which ads and pages are working.

Proof of your consent. When you check the consent box, we save the time you agreed, your IP address, your browser and device type (user agent), and the version of the consent wording you saw. We keep this so we can show that you asked to be contacted.

Chat conversations. Our site has an automated assistant, powered by Anthropic's Claude AI, that answers questions about our service. What you type into the chat, and the assistant's replies, may be stored so a specialist can follow up on your quote. Please do not share payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

Cookies and analytics. Like most websites, we may use cookies, pixels and similar tools, including from advertising and analytics partners, to measure visits, understand how the site is used and show our ads to people who may be interested. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works if you do.

How we use it

• To prepare your quote and have a White Knight sales specialist contact you by phone, text or email
• To schedule service and answer your questions
• To check whether your address is in our service area
• To keep a record of your consent and honor your opt-out requests
• To see which ads and pages bring in requests, and to improve the site and the assistant
• To prevent spam, fraud and misuse, and to follow the law

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• The White Knight team. Our sales specialists and service team use it to quote, schedule and serve you.
• Service providers. Companies that help us run this site, such as our website hosting, database, text messaging and AI providers. They work under contract with us and may use your information only to provide their service to us, not for their own marketing.
• When the law requires it. We may share information to respond to a valid legal request, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, White Knight may text you about your quote, appointments, service and offers. Here is what to expect:

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We will send one message confirming you are opted out, and then stop.
• Reply HELP for help, or call us at 844-512-7378.
• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
• Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests, chat conversations and consent records as long as we need them to follow up with you, provide service, keep business records and meet legal requirements. Consent and opt-out records may be kept longer so we can prove we followed your wishes. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove details that identify you.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and limited access, to protect your information. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be lost or misused, but we work to keep that risk low.

Your choices

• Stop texts. Reply STOP to any text from us.
• Stop calls or emails. Tell the specialist who contacts you, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or call us.
• See or delete your information. Call us at 844-512-7378 to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will need to confirm who you are first. We may keep some records when the law requires it, such as proof of an opt-out.
• Cookies. Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging pest control for their home or business. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, call us and we will delete it.

Texas residents

We serve customers in Texas. Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to ask what personal data we hold, to correct or delete it, to get a copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data. To make a request, call us at 844-512-7378. If we turn down your request, you may appeal by calling the same number, and if you are still not satisfied you may contact the Texas Attorney General.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If we make a big change to how we use your information, we will let you know before it applies to you.
